Marin Bozic is the associate director of the Midwest Dairy Foods Research Center, and helps coordinate the center’s activities on research planning, fundraising, and stakeholder outreach. He is one of eight faculty members of the National Program for Dairy Markets and Policy. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences. His research program there focuses four areas: U.S. dairy policy analysis, dairy risk analysis, demand analysis and elicitation of consumers’ willingness to pay for new dairy foods products and feasibility assessments of new dairy technologies, processing investments and new products.
