This is a key opportunity to position your name in front of the state’s dairy producers. GLRDC continues to draw a variety of producers from large to small and tends to draw many producers in the 18-36 age range. These producers are the ones you want to get to know!
The 2023 GLRDC will be held Feb. 8-9, 2024 at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
Diamond – $10,000+ (limit 4)
This sponsorship is specialized per the request of industry partners and conference organizers. The number of complimentary registrations, prime location booth space, conference recognition and expectations of both parties will be outlined and mutually agreed upon before acceptance of the sponsorship by both parties.
Platinum – $5,000 – $9,999 (limit 8)
This sponsorship level includes an onsite company-supplied banner, trade show booth in a prime location, three conference and banquet complimentary registrations, one-minute video showcased online and during breaks onsite, company logo on website, plus friend level benefits. Additional requests for changes in recognition, support of specific activities within this level may be requested to organizers and if accepted a mutually agreed upon set of expectations will be outlined for both parties.
Gold – $3,000 – $4,999
This sponsorship level includes an onsite company-supplied banner, trade show booth, two conference only complimentary registrations, 30-second video showcased online and during breaks onsite, company logo on website, plus friend level benefits.
Silver – $2,000 – $2,999
This sponsorship level includes onsite company-supplied banner, company logo on website, two complimentary conference only registrations, plus friend level benefits.
Copper – $1,000 – $1,999
This sponsorship level includes one complimentary conference only registration, company logo on website, plus friend level benefits.
Friend – $500 – $999
This sponsorship category will receive on-site recognition in the form of print and PowerPoint materials, company logo on website. In addition, at this level the sponsor may provide electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.
Dairy Ambassador Sponsorship – $300
Sponsors also have the opportunity to support the Dairy Ambassador program by adding $300 to your sponsorship. These funds will support the youth scholarships and costs associated with the dairy ambassadors supporting and promoting the dairy industry at events throughout the state.
Sponsor client’s registration to attend conference, up to ten registrations, encouraging valued customers who otherwise would be unable to attend the conference.

Literature OR company-supplied banner – $300 each | both for $600
Onsite company supplied banner and ¼ page online banner. Electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in the participant registration packets must be received no later than Jan. 21.
Exhibit Space – $1000 | Limited Non-profit Spaces – $500
The exhibit space includes skirted table (6 or 8 ft. based on hotel availiability) and an approximately 9 ft by 5 ft space. If you require electricity an additional $25 fee applies. Vendors will receive one complimentary conference registration. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to payment date.

Conference registrations are Thursday through Friday excluding Thursday banquet.
