This is a key opportunity to position your name in front of the state’s dairy producers.  GLRDC continues to draw a variety of producers from large to small and tends to draw many producers in the 18-36 age range. These producers are the ones you want to get to know!

The 2022 GLRDC will be held Feb. 3-4, 2022 at the Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn and Conference Center in Frankenmuth, Michigan.


Sponsorship Levels

Diamond $10,000+ (limit 3)
This sponsorship is specialized per the request of industry partners and conference organizers. The number of complimentary registrations, booth space, conference recognition and expectations of both parties will be outlined and mutually agreed upon before acceptance of the sponsorship by both parties. 

Platinum $5,000 – $9,999 (limit 6)
This sponsorship level includes an onsite company-supplied banner, full-width website banner, trade show booth, four full conference complimentary registrations, one-minute video showcased online and during breaks onsite, online vendor badge, company logo on website, electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags. Additional requests for changes in recognition, support of specific activities within this level maybe requested to organizers and if accepted a mutually agreed upon set of expectations will be outlined for both parties.

Gold $2,500 – $4,999
This sponsorship level includes an onsite company-supplied banner, half-width website banner, trade show booth, two workshop complimentary registrations and four Friday-night banquet tickets, 30-second video showcased online and during breaks onsite, online vendor badge, company logo on website, electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.

Silver $1,500 – $2,499
This sponsorship level includes onsite company-supplied banner, half-width website banner, company logo on website, two complimentary workshop registrations, electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.

Copper $1,000 – $1,499
This sponsorship level includes one complimentary workshop registration, quarter-width website banner, company logo on website, electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.

Bronze $500 – $999
This sponsorship level includes two Friday night banquet tickets, quarter-width website banner, company logo on website, electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.

Friend $250 – $499
This sponsorship category will receive on-site recognition in the form of print and PowerPoint materials, company logo on website. In addition, at this level the sponsor may provide electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in virtual and physical swag bags.

Dairy Ambassador Sponsorship – $250
Sponsors also have the opportunity to support the Dairy Ambassador program by adding $250 to your sponsorship. These funds will support the youth scholarships and costs associated with the dairy ambassadors supporting and promoting the dairy industry at events throughout the state.

Client Support:
Sponsor client’s registration to attend conference, up to ten registrations, encouraging valued customers who otherwise would be unable to attend the conference.

  • Five registrations – $1000
  • Ten registrations  – $2000

Literature OR company-supplied banner  $200 each | both for $400
Onsite company supplied banner and ¼ page online banner. Electronic and hard-copy literature to be included in the participant registration packets must be received no later than Jan. 21.

Exhibit Space$500 | Limited Non-profit Spaces $250
The exhibit space includes an 8 ft. skirted table, additional fees will be applied for more than 8ft. of space. If you require electricity an additional $25 fee applies. Vendors will receive one complimentary workshop registration. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis according to payment date.

Sponsor Details:

  • Electronic and hard-copy literature must be received no later than Jan. 21.
  • All electronic banners, logos and vendor badges must be received no later than Jan. 21.
  • All videos must be received no later than Jan. 21.
  • Provide specific website link the banner should be linked to if different than what is submitted in conference sponsorship registration.
  • All logos and graphics should be eps, png, svg or jpg files. Please ensure the logo is at least 300 dpi and can be enlarged as needed.
  • Banner and Vendor Badge Sizes in Pixels:
    • Full Width Banner: 1024×256
    • Half Width Banner: 512×256
    • Quarter Width Banner: 256×256
    • Vendor Badge : 256×256

Registration Details:

  • Full conference registrations are Thursday through Friday night Banquet.
  • Workshop registrations are Thursday through Friday afternoon.
