Martin J. Carrasquillo-Mangual earned his Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico Cayey and a Master’s in animal science with a concentration in dairy nutrition from MSU. Mangual grew on the family farm and always had a passion for both education and animal agriculture. During his Master’s he worked as a research assistant was involved with teaching guest lectures on animal & dairy nutrition, and dairy feed management courses while also working in the MSU Dairy farm as a milker and animal caretaker. As an Extension educator for MSUE his program focuses on farm employee training & development, and On-farm Feed Management programs, he works out of the Ottawa county office but delivers programs all over the state.
