As a director of the education and research team, Dustin helps market participants gain a better understanding of agricultural margin management concepts and strategies. He also contributes to CIH publications focused on risk management for agriculture producers and buyers. Dustin grew up on a livestock farm in mid-Michigan. Prior to joining CIH, he spent five years in Washington, DC working for agricultural trade associations representing the dairy and pork industries. He holds a BS in Agribusiness Management from Michigan State University and an MS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
